Our "COOL" donation last Saturday was a cooler from a local medical company that ships medicines needing to be refrigerated. All our neighbors were offered one to put their items needing refrigeration. Other donations we received this week were many   "Back to School" supplies. We are collecting items this week and will distribute on Saturday. We are asking for pencils, crayons, markers, notebook paper, glue stick, and a binder (for notebook paper.) A personal favorite donation of mine last Friday was the surprise bags of produce coming in from our community. Thank you for sharing produce from your gardens with us.

Fletcher United Methodist Church volunteered in the garden on Wednesday and assisted with a Mini Manna Delivery at the Pantry. They harvested over 200 pounds of produce that was distributed this past Saturday. In the past 2 weeks the garden has provided over 1,000 pounds of produce....1/2 ton.......of squash, beans, tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, and jalapeños.

Saturday, we welcomed 157 families representing 530 individuals. There were         11 new families. Thank you, volunteers and our Spanish and Ukraine interpreters for your assistance with shopping.

On behalf of our Pantry Board, we express our heartfelt gratitude for your generous food and monetary donations to our pantry. Your donations will make a significant impact on the lives of those in our community who are struggling with food insecurity.
