The 2026 Annual Rummage and Plant Sale was a huge success on Saturday! Many days were spent with volunteers sorting, organizing, pricing, and selling the items. Behind every successful event is an extraordinary volunteer team. Thank you for a job well done! A special thank you to Linda, Jimmie, Lee, and Lois who were the backbone for this successful event! All remaining items were donated to St. James Episcopal Church's Thrift Store. This successful event enables us to continue providing 3 1/2 days of food (11 meals) a week to our pantry neighbors.
On May 13th, we will celebrate Rogation Day and honor our Food Pantry Volunteers. Rogation Day is a day to ask God's blessing of our crops, the harvest, the fruits of our labors, and for the needs of all. Following our blessing in the garden, dinner will be provided in the parish hall at the church.

Saturday, we welcomed 144 families representing 529 individuals. There were 15 new
families representing 49 family members. Thank you, volunteers and our Spanish and
Ukraine interpreters for your assistance with shopping.
On behalf of our Pantry Board, we express our heartfelt gratitude for your generous food
and monetary donations to our pantry. Your donations will make a significant impact on the
lives of those in our community who are struggling with food insecurity.
