Blessing of the Animals on October 8

To remember St. Francis of Assisi, Calvary will hold its annual Blessing of the Animals in the courtyard of the church on Sunday, October 8 at 4:00 p.m. Come with your pets and join us as we ask God's blessing for the creatures that are often our very best friends and companions. From their unconditional love, we learn about faithfulness and humility. Please bring offerings of pet food, bedding, and money to contribute to Charlie's Angels Pet Rescue. Because we expect a variety of creatures, we request that you either leash your pet or secure them in a carrier. Please join us even if you don’t bring a pet.
